Job Description:

  • Ensure availability of requisite resources for timely site progress
  • Coordinate sharing of material, machinery, labour and execution staff across project to ensure
    achievement of project schedule
  • Prepare and finalize construction methodology in consultation with planning and site
    management
  • Monitor site progress along with planning team with reference to latest project schedule
  • Ensure timely submission of subcontractor bills to billing department
  • Ensure work compliance of work being executed by site team with respect to company standard
  • Ensure timely closure of the Non conformities
  • Understand and analyse the issue with subordinates and draw necessary support/decision
    from senior authorities

Qualifications:
Total Experience: 10 to 15 years
Education: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineer/PG in Construction Management
