Job Description:
- Ensure availability of requisite resources for timely site progress
- Coordinate sharing of material, machinery, labour and execution staff across project to ensure
achievement of project schedule - Prepare and finalize construction methodology in consultation with planning and site
management - Monitor site progress along with planning team with reference to latest project schedule
- Ensure timely submission of subcontractor bills to billing department
- Ensure work compliance of work being executed by site team with respect to company standard
- Ensure timely closure of the Non conformities
- Understand and analyse the issue with subordinates and draw necessary support/decision
from senior authorities
Qualifications:
Total Experience: 10 to 15 years
Education: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineer/PG in Construction Management
