Job Description:
- Time office, Attendance processing, Manpower head counts & Attendance Reports.
- Contract Labour recruitment, on boarding, exit formalities
- Office admin, site admin, Petty cash, facility management.
- Employee Engagement, Employee satisfaction surveying.
- Payroll Processing, statutory Reports generating (Wage register, Muster Roll, etc.)
- PF ECR, ESIC ECR, PT Challan, Annual Retunes.
- Statutory Compliance related to BOCW, Maternity Benefits Act, WC, Contract Labour Act,etc.
- Labour camp handling audit, Gust house admiration, Security Management.
- Visit to Factory office, Labour Office when required.
- Employee Training & Development & Inductions activities.
- Coordinating with Head-office, Client office & Internal Sites.
- Prepare & Maintained MIS, Master & various HR reports/ Registers
- HR policy implementation.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-6 Years
Education: BBA, MBA – HR
