Job Description:
- Statutory compliance – Ensure & Monitor Statutory compliances are maintained under all
applicable labor enactments at Site Level including timely communications for obtaining
new/renewal/amendment of Licenses/Certificates/WC Policies etc. - Attend Client Statutory Audits and ensure smooth closure of Audits in consultation with HO Team
- Conduct Internal Statutory Audits across All the Projects
- Supervision of Labor Camps and resolve the grievances/issues
- Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met
- Work closely with Site Team & HO Team to review all departmental policies for smooth settlement of compliance issues
- MIS Reports – Prepare and submit MIS Reports to Head Office
- Effective Coordination, Management and support during the emergency
events at Projects.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years
Education: MPM/MBA in HR OR MSW
